TCM4000AAA + Workflow System
GAP have recently worked with an association company, Apt Projects Ltd who have produced the amazing TCM suite for corporate, governmental and office users. Known as a contact management tool, this remarkable software, used by GAP for the past 14 years holds all our archives and records of activities – including quotes, letters, e-mails, diary events, scanned images and much more. This gave GAP a window on events, projects and contact history, invaluable for giving documented evidence of work carried out over a number of months or years.
AAA – Anything, Anywhere, Anytime
GAP with the help of the extremely qualified programmers and server room experts, recently uploaded the whole of our data and archive to a hosted environment, controlled through Remote Desktop Connection (RDC). It is now possible for any of my staff to access TCM, anywhere in the world, through RDC and access everything from diary entries to e-mails and contract folders, with the security of not losing anything on a train, plane or hotel.
